Mount Rainier National Park poised to ban sales of bottled water | KPLU News for Seattle and the Northwest

Another national park set to ban bottle water. Also, a list of the 14 other National Parks that have already banned bottle water is provided at the bottom.

So, let me get this straight… this guy is proposing using drinking water as a fuel source.  Drinking water, as in the stuff the keeps everything alive on this planet and only covers less than 3% of the Earth.  Let us just explore this idea quickly.  If we were to pay the market price for bottle drinking water, a gallon of water would be over $7.  I can say I do not share the same definition of progress with this screwball.

Nat Geo’s coverage on marine pollution.  Good information but disgusting pictures portraying our decaying oceans.  The description of the page is a bit misleading, though.  Here Nat Geo states the ocean pollution is from the accumulation of trash over “centuries.”  I did not think they had plastic bags 100 years ago. I think they were far more resourceful.
